Preparation of Super Health Fufu:
As pap:
- Mix with water in a pot until you have a light smooth paste
- Cook on low heat, constantly stirring until it boils (Monitor and add water as needed if pap gets too thick).
- Allow to cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add sweetener (honey, sugar or other natural sweetener).
As Fufu
- Mix with water in a pot until you have a smooth paste
- Cook on low heat, constantly stirring (Monitor and add water as needed if meal gets too thick).
- Allow to cook for about 20-30 minutes depending on firmness.
- Serve with any sauce of your choice.
